Specialist formations

2. Specialist companies in their own right:

Public limited companies

Whether you require a PLC to meet Stock Exchange listing rules, or one with less onerous regulations, a speedy incorporation is assured.

Incorporated associations

Almost without exception, the requirement here is to take your existing club, group or association on to acquire its own full legal personality. The starting point is your current constitution, together with any appropriate corporate law amendments (and any administrative amendments you have always wished for but have not got round to making yet!).

Flat management companies

These can be set up to manage and maintain the property and/or to hold the freehold.

Registered charities

Most organisations follow the two-stage procedure to acquire registered charity status. First, they instruct us to create a separate legal personality for their cause, invariably a company limited by guarantee. Then, because we incorporated this company with highly-bespoke Memorandum & Articles, proceeding to charitable registration is made easier.
